Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee your client portfolio, providing exceptional service and development in relation to NGI's product range.
- Customer Activation and Market Growth: You play a critical role in further developing your market, with over 100 new customers activated in the US this year alone.
- Coordination and Support: You collaborate closely with the sales support and sales teams, both locally and in Denmark, to ensure seamless operations.
Skills and Experience:
To excel in this role, you must have a strong ability to drive sales from start to finish, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and reselling. This requires a deep understanding of the sales process, including building a robust pipeline, making initial contact, conducting continuous follow-ups, and effectively closing deals.
Your communication skills must be top-notch, enabling you to passionately and credibly convey the value of NGI's products and services in a way that resonates with and convinces potential customers.
Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales process is also essential. You are adept at interacting effectively with key stakeholders across various levels and sectors to foster long-term partnerships. Additionally, you possess strong planning and organizational skills, enabling you to structure your day-to-day activities effectively. This includes prioritizing your efforts to achieve both your personal goals and those of NGI, utilizing CRM systems, and analyzing market data and trends to guide both short-term and long-term decisions.
In addition to the above competencies, you have a moral compass that aligns with NGI's values, and you possess a natural curiosity.
