This role focuses specifically on Parts and Systems, which involves the sale of high-quality spare parts and system components for medical equipment such as MRI- and CT-scanners, X-ray machines, and patient monitoring systems. These products help hospitals and clinics maintain, repair, and optimize their medical devices, ensuring smooth operation and extending the lifespan of their equipment.

As Sales Manager for the Parts and Systems division, you play a pivotal role in developing and executing a forward-looking sales strategy specifically for spare parts and system solutions. Your expertise in market trends guide the company’s approach to customer segments, positioning Agito Medical as a leader in the medical equipment industry.
You lead a skilled sales team, working closely with the leadership team to craft and execute strategies that align with the company's growth goals in the Parts and Systems market. Given the global scope of Agito Medical’s customer base, which includes markets in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, China, and the USA, the role involves regular travel.
Key responsibilities:
Sales strategy development for Parts and Systems:
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Agito Medical’s sales efforts in the spare parts and system solutions business.
- Conduct proactive analysis of market conditions and competitive landscapes to ensure a relevant and effective sales strategy.
- Dynamically adjust the strategy to align with market trends, focusing on growth within this area of the business.
- Identify new customer segments and develop strategies to capture these markets.
Leadership:
- Provide inspiring leadership with a focus on coaching, motivation, and performance management.
- Strategically recruit to strengthen the team in line with the growth of the parts and systems business.
- Foster a proactive and results-driven sales culture
Marketing/branding:
- Rebuild the brand following the company’s separation from Philips.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.
- Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and credibility in key markets.
Customer development:
- Maintain and build relationships with both existing and new clients, with a particular focus on expanding Agito Medical’s presence in the US and China.
- Negotiate and close major deals in line with established sales targets.
You report directly to the managing director, providing essential insights on sales performance, market trends, and new business opportunities within the parts and systems business. You work closely with the managing director to ensure that sales strategies align with the company’s long-term goals.
You have at least 3 years of leadership experience and a proven track record in sales. Experience in medical equipment, manufacturing, or logistics is an advantage but not required. Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Danish and English are essential, as the role involves working with international clients. You are proactive in your sales approach and naturally skilled at building and strengthening customer relationships through sustained effort.
Experience with CRM systems is also an advantage, as Agito Medical is preparing to implement a new system.
This role is based in the headquarters in Nørresundby, with the flexibility to work from the office 2-3 days a week.
